One person posted about how she has a huge mite problem in her house. Ewwwwwwwwwwwww.

I hate hate hate mites. I could not imagine having them in my house. My chickens got infested once and I was super vigilant afterwords to ensure it didn’t happen again.

Then she posted how her coop is only a foot from her house and front porch.

I understand that not everyone has worked in an animal shelter where you learned how to prevent the spread of things like mites and fleas but I would think it be common sense not to put your coop right next to the entrance into your home.
