Reasons Why Chickens are Better Than Dogs and/or...
You don’t need to have them neutered to stop them from reproducing
They only make noise during the day
Even though they can’t be house trained they CAN be diapered (if you want to keep a chicken inside)
They are easier to train than dogs or cats
They are cheaper to feed than either dogs or cats
No vet bills (unless you are the type to actually bring a chicken to a vet…)

I really should go to the orchard today.
I want some of their donuts, and I should stock up on apples, but I really just want to sit around and read. I wonder if they are open on Sundays? So many things to do so little ambition to do them.
